Pierce has been living in the Miami Beach area since 1997 and has been working in Real Estate since 2003.  Pierce got his Broker´s license in 2006 and had his own Real Estate own brokerage for eight. He currently has his broker license with 1st Class Realty & Management Co located in Miami Beach.
